Dan’s career includes serving as CFO at Narus and InnoPath Software, both late stage, venture capital backed companies providing infrastructure software to international telecom enterprises.  In each of these companies, he managed revenue growth toward profitability, closed rounds of venture financing, negotiated credit agreements, built quality financial teams and implemented software revenue recognition processes.

Dan's education includes an MBA from the U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  He is accredited as a valuation analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
